Eye pain
5months before I notice brown pigmentatation on white surface of left eye..fast one month my eye is irritating wen I see phone or laptop..then one red vessel formed middle of the freckle and paining wen I see mobile..vision s good..but feel like something n eyes..irritating..many red vessels formed in both eyes..sometime that long blood vessel paining..ice cube sometimes feels better..how can I b without seeing laptop r moble in this internet world..is my problem serious..will it go itself..

Hello dear....this is computer vision syndrome...due to continuous laptop or mobile work...blink rate decreases leading to dryness...measures to prevent are....take breaks after 1 hr of work...blink a lot...do cold compresses and use lubricating eye drop N chill n use mobile as u wish

If the problem persists with lubricant, frequent breaks from the screen and cold compresses, see an ophthalmologist and get yourself evaluated for dry eyes.

Put some lubricants in eye while working on computer or laptop for long else show to some opthalmologist if problem persists. All the best.
