Pale brown spot on the white part of eye

Please help, I have developed a pale brown spot on the white part of my left eye. What is this and is this a serious thing? Please advice what steps need to be taken to get rid of this.

It looks like scleral pigmentation. Nothing to worry is is not symptomatic. You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month.
