Eye movement problem since birth

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My left eye will not move towards ear since from birth. I want to know is there any treatment for my eye movement Please suggest me ........it's my request

probably the muscle responsible for pulling the eye outward is not fully developed or is paralyzed .first try some exercises specific for that muscle if not relieved you may get it operated,but even after operation though the eye will become straight but the movement of outward will still be deficient.
