Gel 3 times a day is not adviced as it is more viscous.  U can use it only once at bed time.

The ocular lubricant gel will be more viscous than the eye drops. Hence, instead of using eye drops thrice a day, you can use the gel once daily.

The concentration of the drug is higher in gel form and it is more viscous. So it leads to blurring of vision for a few minutes after application. You can use it once before sleeping instead of 3 times like the drops to avoid this problem.

Sir the gel will cause some blurring of vision as it coats the eye surface. So better to use any lubricant eyedrops in day time (Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 3 times a day) and use the Eye ointment gel at bed time ( Eye ointment Lacrigel).
