please consult an ophthalmologist nearby. she might be developing cataract.

I am assuming that by laser surgery u want to mean lasik. Personally I would not advice lasik as sooner or later she ll have to get operated for cataract surgery and u can achieve good refractive result with that too.. If she doesn't want to wear glasses, she can opt for multifocal lenses with cataract operation.
