Eye is having red lines
It looks like conjunctivitis but there is no itching as such. How do I bring it like normal ? How do I know if it's real.

These red lines are normal blood vessels
There is no conjunctivitis
There is no way to get rid of them as these are normal
Without them eye will go blind
