Whenever I sleep less at night, my eyes feel irritated and itchy during the day . The irritation is moderately high and also feel itchy as if something is stuck in eyes

It may be dryness in eyes. 1. Keep yourself hydrated 2. Sit away from direct air of a c 3. Follow 20.20.20 rule that is after every 20 min of work on laptop take a 20 seconds break and look on any object that is 20 feet away. 4. Use refresh tears lubricating eye drop 4 times a day

It may be due to  dryness in the eye. Take 4-5lts of water per day Try the lubricant eye drops If doesn't resolve consult an ophthalmologist

It may be due to Dry eyes.pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl hydrate yourself.pl take balanced diet and good sleep. Decrease the screen time. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
