I have an eye irritation problem and cannot work for long in my desktop. I get headache also when I am to my work and outside.

Hello Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop

Consult an Ophthalmologist immediately to get your refractive status checked. You may also have associated dry eye. So take frequent breaks, blink more while working on the computer, don't sit with the AC directly blowing in your face, use lubricating eyedrops like optive fusion.

Get glasses checkup under cycloplegic refraction.
Good posture while working, neck exercise and rest in between as well good nutritious food will help

You must be having dry eye problem. Use lubricating eye drops like genteal or refresh tears or aquasurge 4 times a day. Take rest for 5 min after putting drops. Keep your eyes protected while driving and travelling with goggles.
