So recently I got schriemer test my score of dryness is 10mm in both the eyes. The doctor gave me drops and ointment for dry eyes. The cause he mentioned is usage of digital devices more. But I feel that it is due to eye glasses since am using glass for pat 1 month I got dry eyes symptoms worse. The doctor advised me to wear it continuously but I feel that dry eyes symptoms get worse while wearing it. Can glass cause dry eyes? Or am I been wrongly given prescription glasses? Is there any way to identify it?

There is no relationship at all between using glasses n getting dry eye symptoms. It could be due to some medication or use of computer regularly. The chances are that the people dealing with computers are likely get the dry eyes.
Next Steps
The patient should modify life style, closing the eyes now n then when on computer,,throwing potable water into eye now nthen and ofcourse to have local consultation in case the above advice doesn't help.
