I have -0.75 power in my left eye and recently got glasses. Is it necessary for me to wear them all the time or is it fine if I wear them when I go outside and not inside the room or at night?

If you dont suffer from any asthenopic symptoms like eyestrain and headaches and your vision is good without glasses , its ok not to wear them all day long
