Get your Refraction In mMyopic patient it is common . Even that Indirect Ophthalmoscopy required.

If you have eye sight you should have eye check up for every 6months. Complete Retinal examination is needed and consult Retina Specialist for proper evaluation.

Floaters can be due to many reasons .More so in High Myopia even in moderate degree of myopia could be due to retinal issues,vitreous disturbances.It would be a good idea to consult a retina specialist and get a thorough Indirect Ophthalmoscopic examination done

Pl do vision test,and slitlamp eye examination. You also need complete posterior eye examination. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
