Eye flashes and floaters
I have myopia with -5 and -4 powers in right and left eye resp. Recebtly u have been seeing flashes. I have retinal degeneration and i have consulted 4 doctors. Two said go for barrage lazer and two said go for surgery if retina detaches else stay under observation. Should i wait or get this precautionary barrage lazer done? I am 28 years old and if barrage lazer is done should it be done at one go in both eyes or in two three sittings. Please suggest

retinal detachment is a very serious problem  it's  treatment  ,though  possible  but results  are uncertain eve in best hands. you will  agree with the proverb  'precaution is better than cure '.and for a sight threatening  problem  it's more judicious. the decision  of performing  it in one sitting  or multiple  sittings  depends  upon  the are involved  and that decision  has to be taken by the person  (doctor)who is performing  it .I think  I m clear
