Eye dryness and burning sensation

Asked for Male, 35 Years

For past one month my both eyes get dryness and burning sensation. Especially when I get into sun, it's burning and not able to blink normal. Looks like my oil glands not segregating. Can you suggest what steps I should follow?

You can put lubricating eye drops like systane ultra / maxmoist ultra, 3-4 Times daily. Avoid computers and smartphones as much as possible. You can take omega 3 fatty acid capsules like osmega 500, once daily for 1-2 months.
