Nothing to worry if retina has been examined and is normal.  Regarding iop,  you can repeat it after 1-2 months, if still borderline, you can get yourself evaluated for glaucoma. Consult glaucoma specialist sos.

Your IOP is on the higher side of normal range. If your retina is ok, then no need to worry. But get your eyes checked yearly/ SOS. Also your BP and sugar levels need to be checked. Smoking and alcohol are bad for nerves.
