Had 2 Chalazions(big and small ones) and went through surgery for both but swelling is still present for both and I could see nothing has been cured. It was suggested that if surgery doesn't help, they would given an injection. Please assist me what should be done to get rid of these.

A warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B you can try doxycycline tablet

how much time has passed since you got operated. if it is within a couple of days then put drops suggested by dr and do hot foamentation and gentle message overit. but if wks have passed then this really needs attention
