Hello. This appears to be a cyst which possibly could be allergic and may respond to by putting some anti allergic eye drops and lubricants . If no response in a week then can show to local eye doctor. Regards Dr neeraj Sanduja

It's just a simple conjunctival cyst. It won't cause much of trouble. Just observe it for any redness, pain and increase in size, if any of these symptoms come up meet any of your nearby Ophthalmologist. Meanwhile you can start with any lubricant eyedrops ( Eyedrops Genteal / Flogel/ Refresh Tears anyone of these 1 drop 3 times a day for 30 days).
Health Tips
Do not rub the eye.

Mam We need to know whether this started recently and do you have any trauma to eye This could most probably either conjunctival inclusion cyst or retention cyst There is no surrounding vasculature and no feeder vessel As of now u can start using lubricant eye stops like refresh tears 0.5% twice a day and fml 0.2% twice a day mostly it will resolve Please report back if there is increase in size or vascularity surrounding,in that case We might need to send sample for pathological examination
