Eye and vision
When I was about 8 years of age my left eye was effected by flash of a camera and now after working for hours on mobile and computer it has also affected the right eye in the starting I ignored and it is getting worst none of the power which a Normal spectacle has suits me. What should I do??

Pl take Refresh tears eye drops. Pl hydrate. Pl o eye exercises. Pl have regular vision test and Refraction. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Take frequent break and look at distance after working on screen..your eye muscle get relax Maintain good hydration and sleep.keep brightness low in system.use lubricant eye drop sos

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month. To consult local ophthalmologist for complete eye examination
