I have a cornea thickness of 490 and I have a sight of -9and-7.7 should I be eligible for I- lasik

Fully removal of power is not advisable in your case by smile lasik keeping in mind safety of eye in future .

U should get a pentacam test done by an ophthalmologist. If the test results are normal u can be considered for an i-lasik. At times a small residual Myopia of less than -1 is accepted by a few patients as compared to a high number of -9. The counseling for the same and the decision for surgery can only be taken after the pentacam report is normal.
