Extremely stressed and depressed
Is it normal to avoid ppl who r causing you stress.. Is it ok to stand for my self and  do Not talk to them when they come home everyday. Is this called anti social behaviour or this is how everyone does? Should I get involved in non productive talks or get involved in conversations which will turn up in a fight or a blame game in the end? I don't want to be a source for the gossips.. So I am avoiding them.. Is this not acceptable behaviour.. I have already put my health at risk with all sideeffects of extreme stress but serving n obeying evn when I don't want to.

Do what you like until and unless it calms your mind and you are happy. If you feel you don't belong somewhere its alright to avoid being there All the best
