Extremely Painful mouth
I have white bumps on my lips. They hurt a lot. I have a white painful tongue. I have swollen painful gums with white spots all over. I’m in so much pain that even drinking water burns. I’ve gone to the hospital and they said it’s just ulcers. They gave me stuff to numb my mouth till it goes away but it doesn’t help with the pain. I have been doing research, and I believe it is something more than ulcers. Herpes, or oral thrush.

Consult a dentist immediately as without inspecting it is not wise to give you advice. If possible post a photograph here. It is sure that some superadded  bacterial infection must be there, try some antibiotics like amoxicillin, metronidazole.
