Extremely Dry skin and lips

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I've been having my lips drying from approx 1 year... After few months, my upper parts of lips became dry and then lower part and whole chinn became dry ... Nd it made my whole face very dry..... And some white spots are coming out...plzz help me...
