  4. Extremely dry lips. Intake is adequate!

Extremely dry lips
I have extremely dry lips since I moved to Delhi 10 days ago. They are scaly, red, swollen, chapped and bleeding. They are incurable by glycerine, oil, Vaseline or lip balm. Also I don't smoke or lick my lips and water intake is adequate

Change in weather or climate can cause dry lips. Continue using Vaseline or coconut oil on the lips and further increase your fluid intake.

Make sure you have not used any new cosmetic products on your lips or face which can also cause an allergic reaction
