Extreme weakness in tapering off med

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been advised to taper off 5mg Nexito which i had been taking for the past 7-8 months by taking it on alternate days for 1 momth. It has been just a week i had begun this process but i am feeling acute weakness in the body. Tapering off the medicine should not give any side effects, but it is in my case. Kindly suggest what should i do.
