Extreme skin dryness

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Having extreme skin dryness problem in hands and fingers, it itches also. Having this problem from past 15 days. ..applying mositorizer and coconut oil but it's not cured. Dry skin areas are becoming little white due to dryness and it's expanding.
