Dry peeling skin on scrotum
Skin is becoming dry and peeling on my scrotum and it is spreading. I'm using ketoconazole cream but no use

Without examination, it is difficult to comment. Although fungal infection is less likely on the scrotum. It could be scrotal eczema. Please visit me or a nealby dermatologist for treatment.
