Extreme pressure felt on chest
Feeling extreme pressure on my chest for last 15 days.... I've been a patient of LTOT and col pulmonale from last year.but now my oxygen is maintained at 94-95 on the other hand my pulse rate is above 100 always...These days it's 120+..... Doctors I have consulted told me to do a 2d echo...Plz help

Continue LTOT, do echo and consult a cardiologist and must start on mild diuretics to control ur pulse rate, meanwhile do pft and start on bronchodilators. LTOT bronchodilators and mild diuretics is ur life long treatment.
