Extreme Morning Sickness

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My wife has extreme morning sickness from pregnancy. She has been vomiting consistently for 48 hours. We are overseas and hoping to hold off medical treatment until we get home. We are in need advice for stopping the vomiting (oral medication not working). And also to help with sleep.
