Take some dry dhaniya seeds and ajwain. Dry roast them separately and then grind and sieve them separately. Now mix them in equal quantity by weight. Take 1 teaspoon of this powder in morning empty stomach with slightly luke warm water.

Take your dinner around 9.30. Avoid all kinds of soft drinks, avoid smoking,reduce spicy foods. Add more vegetables, drink more butter milk. Take guloochyadi kashayam, tab.sankha bhasma,parooshakadi leham one tsp at bed time. Make your mind relaxed and calm because stress will increase the acid secretion.
