Pressure in left eye is very high due to advanced cataract. Cataract extraction needs to be done at the earliest, after reducing eye pressure, to prevent further trauma to the nerve of the eye.
Treatment looks alright, but faster reduction in pressure can be done via injection.
Please consult local glaucoma specialist for further management.
Cataract extraction may be helpful in left eye,by continuing glaucoma treatment. The treatment appears to be ok.But other tests also to be done. The better eye has to be protected.pl consult glaucoma specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
