Extreme fatigue l
I’ve been feeling extremely lazy, I can’t even find the motivation to cook breakfast for my only kid, can’t do anything without already feeling tired, I can sleep 12-14 hours without a problem, anything will make me cry I have a bad diet, hair loss, weight gain, I can go on without eating the whole day and feel hungry around 8 and stuff my face with anything(pizza, ice cream etc). I’ve had thoughts of hurting myself. I can deal with almost anything but not with this laziness fatigue.

I am able to understand ur difficulties. Many of the symptoms which u have mentioned is seen in people with anxiety and depression. In some situations there need not be a reason for it to occur. People try to cope with their low  mood by eating more, sleeping more etc. There is a possibility that depression might b there behind ur laziness and it needs evaluation. Its not ur fault, usually occurs due to chemical changes in the brain. Anxiety can have many bodily symptoms like palpitations, tremors, sweating etc like u have mentioned. V would need to know few more details like ur sleep, hunger, energy levels, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications.
