Extreme fatigue
Hi Doc I've been feeling very weak since a few weeks. If I pick up grocery bags 2-3kgs, my whole body hurts within a minute Sometimes it's difficult to lift a 1 litre bottle also. Just too exhausted after minimum exertion. Breathless feeling at night, anxiety and joint pain. Last week I was very very weak, went to the doc he gave some multivitamin tablets. But I don't know. I feel there is so much fatigue without doing much. It doesn't go away even after sleeping. What should I do?
