I have been suffering from extreme fatigue and get extremely fast even after a few seconds of running/jogging/climbing stairs. Despite maintaining a moderately active lifestyle and eating regular and proper food, the fatigue doesn't seem to go away. Also I start sweating really heavily in activities which need even a minor physical effort. Please help. Already tried exercise and diet control. Nothing changed.
