Extreme fatigue after swimming
I have been going for swimming for almost a month. I swim approximately 1km in 1hr. However after swimming, I feel extreme fatigue and muscle pain for the entire day. I drink protein milkshake and eggs after swimming, yet I have this problem. The fatigue and pain lasts for next few days when I don't swim, however I push myself to swim everyday. Due to this, I am unproductive and lethargic on certain days. My muscles feel stiff and hurt whenever I move them. Please advice

Better to withdraw swimming for two weeks Take adequate medicines along with good healthy food And then re-start swimming from 10or 15 minutes Slowly increase the time after three days 10-10-10-15-15-15-20-20-20-25-25-25-etc Slowly you will get stamina to do it
