Extreme depression
I've been suffering from depression since two years, I had a traumatic separation, and I experience periods of extremely high and low moods in a day, I've had suicidal thoughts and even tried slitting my wrist. I cry all day and the pain in my chest keeps increasing and I cannot sleep or eat. I haven't been diagnosed yet nor consulted with a doctor about my condition and currently I'm studying in Sweden, for my higher education and will graduate in June, 2017. I plan to return home to secunderabad,India. But before that I really want to seek help even it's an online therapy session. Please help me. Can I consult with a doctor in India who will treat me.?

Hello there..... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms..... Consult Psychiatrist....
