Hi my wife has external piles since last 8 to 9 months, till now she does not feel any kind of pain but now this is paining in d morning. size of round shape external pile is being increasing day by day.  can you please suggest what to do or any medicine?

hi, mostly patient feel pain due to hard stool. take diet which help to soften the stool. eat green leafy vegetable for dinner. drink buttermilk after meal. take tab. triphala guggulu 2 twice a day after meal for 1 month. liq. abhayarishtam 3tsf twice after meal. 3 tsf caster oil with warm water while sleeping.
