External piles
I have external piles, doctor suggested to go ahead with surgery but am bit hesitate to do surgery. Let me know the alternate option without surgery and if surgery is the option what would be the cost.

Hello..
Well first thing is you need to bring about dietary modifications like eating more of green leafy vegetables,fibre like oats...you need to drink lot of water....avoid spicy food and oily food...do not strain while passing stools...try to drink warm glass if water empty stomach in the morning...you can also do sitz bath...that is out some warn me water in a tub and you sit on that... As the surgeon has already suggested you on the survey its better to go ahead with it...the cost would depend on the setup.that you will have to discuss with the surgeon only..thank you
