You don't know what your problem is. You "think" it is haemorrhoids. And you want us to suggest some treatment.
And if the treatment doesn't work you have all the rights to complain against Doctors.
Please go to a General Surgeon in your area. Let him examine you and find out what exactly is your problem and give you appropriate treatment.
