Hi
For how many hours expressed breast milk can be stored? Also should it be stored in room temperature or fridge? If in fridge then is it good to feed cold milk to newborn?
P.S : Its summer here too hot

At room temperature can be stored for 4 to 6 hours.
In fridge, can be stored for 1 day while in deep freezer for 1 year.
It should be stored in steel containers only. If kept in fridge, then it should be thawed in a utensil containing warm water and after it becomes a normal temp (to check by putting a drop on your back of palm and then of the child's palm) to feed the child.
Not to feed expressed breast milk with bottle. Better with bowl and spoon.
