Explosive anger
I never ever had any anger issues before 2021. I am usually calm. From Jan this year, I had got several unrelated health problems. I was also hospitalized in Feb for hernia surgery. Few days after getting discharged, when I was at home, my uncle had done something and I had shouted on top of my voice at him in front of my 80-year old grandparents and my mother who is heart patient. I cried immediately maybe out of guilt. My uncle had helped me immensely while I was in hospital and I shouted at him. I had absolutely no control over anger. But the same incident happened next day as well. And today I had this similar explosive anger at my mother who is heart patient. I regret it but I couldn't control/prevent it. Just few seconds later I cooled down completely and we are fine now. I am always calm rest of the time. Total: 3 times this has happened this year. Do I have any mental health problem?

Aggravation of anger outbursts is a marker for presistent pre-occupation with negative thoughts and decreased threshold for frustration. The causes would include your current ongoing stressors and also your perception of coping with them. These coping mechanisms vary from person to person and are unique for every individual. They define our way of life and also state of existence. The degree of lacunae you feel and the repetitive negative emotions makes one feel irritable and later ruminate about present options and ways to stop further episodes. Realisation of such anger outburst in itself being wrong marks a good insight and will to seek help/remedy for it.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and start with medications and behavioral therapy sessions to learn about mature  coping techniques that would aid in anger management.
Health Tips
Avoid very impulsive or harsh response to any one as such. In case you feel rage better is to seek a solitary and soothing place and try to deviate the ongoing thought process to something positive.
