Existence of dhat disease

Some times i feel i am passing greasy whitis liquid before or after urination . Is it dhat disease .? What are the reason for this. I feel very tense bcz i have no idea about this type of problem. Is it affect our physical and mental health ? Is it harmful ? Plz give me treatment and precaution
