Exhausted after Masturbate
I don't have any problem in masturbating and sex related. But after masturbation, i feel so sleepy , thirsty and even hot.
I feel my heart is beating so fast, i can feel my heart beats very fast, but in actual,heart beats at normal speed.

its only only psychologicl as our brain is trained like it.
