Exercise Routine
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a working women, who usually spend appox 12 hours daily in my office.. I have tried to incorporate an half an hour exercise routine. I reach home from office around 8 pm.. have my dinner by 8.30.. I have started working out at 11 for half an hour and then go to sleep.. I wanted to know Weather this routine will help me in loosing weight or at least toning my body.. Please guide Thanks and Regards Rajalakshmi

Hello You must tell your height and weight alongside keep checking if you are loosing or not though sone of the efforts are right like dinner timings but u have to check your portion size of the meal and continue walking or work out daily

What is your height weight .it is important along with activities you should have proper diet and exercise u can do little early than just before bed

Hello Rajlaxmi ji, Are you doing workout at 11 pm if yes then its not correct as after doing this you are suppose to sleep and your activated body will go in resting mode and dispersed fat will not be utilised by your body and again deposited in the body ,so pleaase do the workout in the morning hours .
