I had a c-section 2 and half months before now can i start exercise for my tummy fat. Can i join gym now and after my delivery also i have a tummy like iam still pregnant of 5 to 6 month. Kya ye exercise se thik ho jayega or kya main ab gym join kar sakti hu belly fat reduces karne ke kiye

Start post natal light exercises..browse internet to see how to do it..you can start with walking , jogging ,swimming , light yoga ,water aerobics etc.after 3and halfmonth -4 months you can proceed to Gym for heavy cardio. exercises .before to start Gym talk/visit to your gynaecologist doctor for proper advice .
