I get excessive saliva accumulated in my mouth while talking , which gives trouble in talking .
I have chapped lip issue too and dryness around mouth . Don't know if these are inter connected .
I feel excess saliva getting collected over my tongue even when I have my mouth closed .
It is seriously interrupting with my speech .

If u have excessive saliva, chapped lips.and dryness.of.mouth shouldn't be there.
Get a thorough check by your dentist. He might call a oral medicine dentist for further follow up.
Check with physician too as if you have sinusitis persistent tonsils, acid reflux, it can affect swallowing.
