Excessive oil from scalp
Hi Doctor,
I am experiencing a huge amount of oil secretion from my scalp which is causing itching in my scalp and interestingly this is only affecting my Male pattern baldny area only. I am using J&J shampoo almostly daily to get rid of this oil and whenever I do so I notice a lot of hair fall while I wash, can you pls suggest what shampoo can I try or if there are any medicines which might help me pls.

You are suffering from androgenetic alopecia. Usually it doesn't have any correlation with excess sebum secretion. Two are independent entities. Upto 100 hair per day can be lost normally.
Good medicines are available for treatment of baldness.
Change shampoo to something stronger...
