Excessive mood swings during periods
I have excessive mood swings days before onset of my period. It includes excessive crying, anxienty, suicidal thoughts. It has severely affected my social relationships. I dont know how i dont mean to hurt anyone but i cannot control my anger. As soon as i get my first period i am normal again. Can anyone tell me possible reasons and treatment for the same?
