Excessive Hair Fall
I am facing hairfall problem from last three months. Excessive hair come out while combing, washing or sleeping even after a gentle tugging. A bunch of hairs come out whenever try to make a gentle bun. Also, facing a leg pain too often.I have taken vitamin D medicine for sometime last year as it was detected low. No medicine going on right now. Please suggest what should I do now.

50-100 hairs lost per day is normal. more than 100 means theres a problem. are you sick for the past 6 months. like covid, typhoid or on any crash diet. all these may cause massive hair loss due to a condition called telogen effluvium.
Next Steps
check you serum ferritin, and vit B12 levels too. they also cause hair loss
