Can gas cause muscle twitchING?my friend releases gas 50 times in a day.And he feel no pain in stomach also.but when his muscle twitching stop he feel pain in stomach.

Yes it could cause spasm and pain as well. It has easy treatment though. Eat the right food. Some Medicines might be needed now.
