Excessive forehead sweating

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Having problem of excessive forehead sweating from many years and also my thyroid reports are totally normal except vitamin d and b12 ( vitamin d is 6.09 Ng/ ml and b12 is 165 ) ....so is this problem excessive forehead sweating is due to vitamin d and b12 ? Plz doctor clear my doubt ?
