Hi, It could be due to the travel as many experience such discomfort after a long journey. Detailed history is required siting if any outside food or water intake etc. For time being you can give her some antacid syrup and get her some rest as  well. If symptoms persist and there is increased frequency of vomiting added with loose motion kindly get a consultation.
